About the Brand
Flow Sessions™ by Holistically Fit is a Central Florida-based outdoor adventure and wellness brand creating curated experiences that bring people together through nature, movement, and community.
Founded by Ashley Viewins, M.S., CPT, Flow Sessions combines outdoor recreation, wellness education, and social connection to encourage individuals to explore beyond their everyday routines.
Our experiences celebrate accessibility, adventure, intentional living, and the importance of creating welcoming spaces for people to prioritize their well-being.
